# crm

> A company's clients, their timelines and its meetings — client.crm.

Needs `agents:write`, the reads too. See [CRM and Calendar](https://vetta.sh/docs/api/crm.md).

```ts theme={"system"}
client.crm.contacts.list(query?: { stage?, q?, limit?, after? })
client.crm.contacts.create(body: CrmContactCreate)
client.crm.contacts.get(id)
client.crm.contacts.update(id, body: CrmContactUpdate)
client.crm.contacts.delete(id)
client.crm.activity.create(body: CrmActivityCreate)
client.crm.activity.update(id, body: CrmActivityUpdate)
client.crm.activity.delete(id)
client.crm.calendar(query: { from, to })
```

`contacts.create` with an email already on file adds to that contact and never moves its stage. `contacts.get` holds the timeline. Only a meeting may stand without a contact.

```ts theme={"system"}
const lena = await client.crm.contacts.create({ name: "Lena Ortiz", company: "Harbor Dental", email: "lena@harbordental.example" });
await client.crm.activity.create({ contact_id: lena.id, kind: "meeting", body: "First call", at: "2026-11-03T10:00:00Z" });
```
